Johann Gutenberg
	Johann Gutenberg was born in the early 1400s. When he was young he was trained as a goldsmith . In 1438 Gutenberg entered a partnership with Andreas Dritzehn to conduct experiments in printing, but they failed every time. In the year 1450 Gutenberg had another partnership with the merchant and moneylender Johann Fust. The two of them set up a printing press which probably started printing.The first thing they printed was the large latin bible and they also produced books and leaflets. But sadly Johann Gutenberg died on the February 3 1468 in his native Germany, where a museum re-creating his press and his workshop is now maintained. Ever since Johann Gutenberg invented the printing press it has made a big difference in the world. By: Andrew Brant
