Last week room 22 entered a competition "Battle of the Books" against 5 other schools. The children had been preparing for this competition for weeks and had been studying the novel "World War 1 - When the lights went out in Europe" by Rodd Smith and completing projects on World War 1. 6 of the children in the class competed and they did excellently coming second in the competition! Well done 5th class!
